Global → Germany → Europe

Your European Warehouse Without Building One.

Source your products globally. Store them in Germany. Let Madyel handle receiving, storage, and fulfillment across Europe.

GLOBALGERMANYEUROPE

The Madyel model

Source Globally. Store in Germany. Deliver Across Europe.

Your goods travel once into the EU. After that, every European order ships domestically from Germany instead of crossing borders one parcel at a time.

01 — Source

Produce or buy anywhere

China, Turkey, the United States, India — wherever your production or supplier base already sits. You keep your existing supply chain exactly as it is.

02 — Store

Land it in Germany

Your shipment arrives at our German operation. We receive it, check it against your packing list, and put it into stock under your SKUs.

03 — Deliver

Ship across Europe

Orders leave from Germany to customers in Germany, the Benelux, France, the Nordics, Central Europe and Southern Europe — as parcels, cartons or pallets.

Two business lines

One company, two ways to work with us

Madyel is operated by Madyel Industrie, a Hamburg-based industrial supply business. The sourcing side and the fulfillment side stand on their own — and reinforce each other.

Industrial Supply

Sourcing and supply of industrial products and spare parts — automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, pumps, valves, sensors, motors and CNC components. This is the business Madyel grew out of.

European Fulfillment

Receiving, inspection, warehousing, inventory management, pick & pack, shipping and returns from Germany — for companies that need European stock without a European warehouse of their own.

Why Madyel

Built for companies entering Europe, not for parcel volume

We are a young operation, and we would rather tell you what that actually means than quote numbers we cannot stand behind.

Germany-based operation

Your stock sits inside the EU customs union, close to the ports and road corridors that most European deliveries run through.

Capacity that scales with you

We set up storage around your actual volume — a few pallets or a growing shelf footprint — and grow it as your orders grow. No minimum footprint you have to fill.

Industrial and technical expertise

Serial numbers, technical documentation, heavy or awkward items and spare-parts logic are familiar territory, not an exception we have to work around.

B2B as the default, not an add-on

Carton and pallet shipments, recurring wholesale orders and delivery-note requirements are handled as normal work, alongside single-parcel e-commerce orders.

A transparent process

You know what happens at each of the seven steps between your shipment arriving and your customer receiving their order, and what it costs.

One partner, one point of contact

Receiving, storage, fulfillment and returns sit with the same team. You are not coordinating a warehouse, a packer and a carrier separately.

Who it's for

If your customers are in Europe and your stock isn't, we are built for you

Different businesses arrive at the same problem: European buyers expect local delivery times, and shipping every order from outside the EU cannot provide them.

Manufacturers producing outside Europe

Hold EU stock and quote European lead times without opening a local entity or leasing a building.

Distributors shipping to several countries

One German stock position that serves every country you sell into, instead of split inventory or repeated cross-border freight.

B2B sellers and resellers

Bulk orders, cartons and pallets picked, documented and shipped to your business customers on your terms.

E-commerce and D2C brands

Shopify, Amazon and own-shop orders picked and packed in Germany and delivered across the EU at domestic speeds.

Industrial and spare-parts businesses

Fast dispatch of critical parts, with serial-number tracking and the paperwork technical buyers ask for.

Companies entering the European market

A working European supply chain from day one, before it makes sense to build your own logistics operation.

The process

One partner. One process.

Seven steps run between your shipment arriving in Germany and your customer opening the box. We handle all of them.

    Receiving

Your shipment is booked in and checked against your packing list.

  2. 02

    Inspection

Quantities verified, condition checked, discrepancies documented with photos.

  3. 03

    Storage

Goods placed into pallet, shelf or small-item storage under your SKUs.

  4. 04

    Inventory management

Stock levels tracked per SKU so you know what is available before you sell it.

  5. 05

    Pick & pack

Orders picked, packed for the shipment type, and labelled.

  6. 06

    Shipping

Parcels, cartons or pallets dispatched to Germany and the rest of the EU.

  7. 07

    Returns

Returns received, inspected, and either restocked or set aside on your instruction.

Our differentiator

Industrial products need more than standard pick & pack

A generic e-commerce warehouse is built to move identical boxes quickly. Technical products are not identical boxes. They carry serial numbers, they need verification against a specification, they arrive in awkward shapes and weights, and the buyer on the other end needs documentation, not just a tracking link.

Industrial Fulfillment in detail
  • Serial and batch number tracking
  • Quantity and specification verification on receipt
  • Photo documentation of condition
  • Labelling and technical documentation handling
  • Special packaging for heavy or fragile parts
  • Returns inspected before restocking

EU distribution

From Germany to Europe

Why Germany

Germany as the logistics base for Europe

Germany sits at the centre of the European road network and holds the continent's largest single consumer and industrial market. Goods that land here can reach the Benelux, France, Austria, Czechia and Poland within a day or two of road transit, and the Nordics, Italy and Spain shortly after.

The northern ports handle a large share of the container traffic arriving into Europe from Asia and the Americas, which makes Germany a natural first stop for goods produced outside the EU. Once your shipment clears into free circulation here, onward movement inside the EU is intra-community trade rather than a border crossing per order.

That combination — an import gateway, a central road position, and the largest domestic market on the continent — is why we built the operation in Germany rather than anywhere else.

Tell us what you ship. We will tell you how it would work.

Send us your product type, SKU count, expected order volume and delivery countries. You will get a concrete answer about how Madyel would handle it and what it would cost — not a brochure.

Madyel operates flexible warehouse capacity in Germany that scales with each client. We do not publish capacity, throughput or customer figures we cannot substantiate.
